The
Company Corporation
After
approximately 6 years of selling office supplies as a sole proprietor I
was offered the chance to sell actual equipment to my customers and
prospects. Now, being no stranger to the copier and fax market this was
a very exciting time for me. As I delved deeper I came to the
conclusion that I could no longer move forward as a sole proprietor and
needed to protect myself, my family and our personal assets from any
thing that could possibly go wrong.
I
first heard about The Company Corporation through a business sales
seminar through a company I worked for at that time. A bunch of us were
day dreaming about starting up a company and finally getting out of
working for some one else. We did that a lot. For me though that
conversation stuck and I always remembered that one friend of mine
saying how easy it was to incorporate and that you could even do it
online in a short amount of time. He mentioned this company that
offered a turn key service and provided all the appropriate and
required documents for individual laws in every state.
Unfortunately
for my friend the last I heard he is still selling copiers for that
same company, fortunately for me I am not. During that talk I already
had a pretty solid supply business working for me and my customers had
learned to be comfortable with just leaving their order on my voice
mail and knowing that the order would be there the next day. You gotta
love a good drop shipper. No one that I worked with new that I had this
business on the side as I was always afraid it would get back to my
boss and hurt me in some way. Looking back it really was none of their
business as I very rarely worked on it during the day and was quite
often the top rep any way. (Sorry to brag a little) Back to why you are
reading this.
The
Company Corporation offers the most trust worthy, reliable
incorporation package you will find any where. If incorporating is a
step you feel that you need to take I would say go to there site and
get started. I filed every document for my limited liability
corporation from my recliner, in my living room, and on my laptop after
work one night. How much simpler could it be. The site also offers a
ton of valuable business resources. The entire process cost me under
$400.00 for the state of N.Y.
I
am not a rep for The Company Corporation, nor do I communicate with
them on a regular basis other than an e-mail from time to time from
them telling me about any new resources they have available etc.
I
have been asked on many occasions how to go about forming a
corporation, who to trust and where to start. Well here it is
www.Incorporate.com in my opinion; you can trust The Company
Corporation.
