Just
turned off the television after watching the James Smith infomercial on
your typical “How to Build Wealth with tax liens,
etc…” Is it real? Can it be true? Not sure.
Most of these programs are real, and they can work, however there
will
be a lot more to do than you might think. Nothing wrong with some
good
honest work, but if you do not know how to handle foreclosure
sales,
creative financing, credit repair, or any of the other topics
covered
by the James Smith program, then expect to find yourself in an
expensive situation.
Good knowledge does have a certain price tag, and there is
nothing
wrong with paying for it. The problem I see with most of the
infomercials today is that they never say up front that you
will
probably be needing to pay some thousands of dollars fro additional
training and or mentoring to really learn what to do.
Again, nothing
wrong with having an up-sell for someone to gain additional
knowledge,
just let people know.
Don’t ever believe that you will be able to start any
business,
no matter what it is just because you purchased a $39 course.
Those
infomercials are designed to hit your hot buttons, and allow you
to
believe that this is possible, but if you search down deep, you no
that
it is not.
If you can prepare yourself for additional costs right from the
start,
and commit to making any of these programs work, guess
what?…
most of them can work. Never decide to “Try”
something.
Decide to do it, no matter what the cost, and success can be found.
We can not say anything negative about the James Smith Series and
business. If you have had a personal experience that you would
like to
share, good or bad, please visit our “contact us”
page and
let us know.
Best of luck to you.
